I have always found dating very difficult. I am not the most outgoing person and I often get nervous in these situations, for no other reason than that I don't know what to say.
My friend once told me about a internet dating guide that I "just had to read".
Sadly my friend was even worse at dating than I was. The guide was pure BS. It felt like I was reading the 123-guide to getting kneed in the, ehm... Anyway. I started looking for more dating advice and well there is a lot of dating advice out there.
For the past 2 years I've been doing an experiment. I read a guide, try the best tips and then evaluate. It's been lots of fun and it's also helped me find some very good dating advice.
I have added the RSS feeds to my favorite "gurus" and I hope you all can benefit from it.
My latest experiment has been with online dating. I have found it to be a very effective way of finding a date. I don't want to recommend you any one yet as I haven't had time to test so many different sites.
Well good luck to you all and I hope my site will help you. I will be adding more guides when I find any that i deem good enough.

I can identify with your reservations about dating, being an introvert myself. I have used internet dating off and on for the past two years and have had some really positive experiences. I also read a number of books about internet dating, some with helpful advice but many with off-the-wall advice. One of the most helpful books I found is Internet Safari, Finding Love Online at 65 by Gordon Scott Edwards. Being in my 60s, I found it very reassuring that someone like me had such a positive experience on the internet.
